"After suffering with my teeth since childhood it’s no surprise that over the years I have developed a real fear of dentists. Dr Ashul Patel at Citident has been so good at helping me slowly overcome my fear and anxiety that for the first time I attended a check up appointment while not suffering with pain. He is sympathetic and understanding. He explains everything clearly giving me all my options and is very gentle and considerate during treatment. He has actually extracted a back tooth very carefully including removing the roots and I didn’t even suffer any pain once the local anaesthetic wore off. I can thoroughly recommend him to anyone who is terrified of dentists. I would also like to mention the lovely receptionists who actually treat you like a human being. Well done Citident."

"I was so impressed with my latest hygienist appointment yesterday I had to write a review. It has been hit and miss over the years with the outcome of these appointments but wow the new temporary hygienist and nurse assisting (Shaqeba and Humyra) are incredible. My teeth are completely stain free for the first time in a long time, very professional and thorough. Please please please keep her at your surgery. I will promise to visit every six months if you do ;-) As always Chanel and Lesley (happy big birthday) were awesome and always make me and my family welcome and at ease. Great Dentist!!"
