"Not great service on trying to book vehicle in for warranty work, but gave the benefit of the doubt and still took it but walked away upset, feeling intimidated and vulnerable and in floods of tears and still a car with an issue. Service shocking and clearly customer service is only for those paying and not warranty work. Never ever in my life have I been made to feel like the little woman but today it happened. Felt so disgusted by how I was spoken to and treated that I will be taking this further.
