"I went to Walker autos with a heater problem in my Smart car, they diagnosed a themostat fault but could not rectify the problem as it involved dropping the engine and they did not have the tools. I was told they would only charge me for two hours work, £144.00, when I collected the car it was not re-assembled fully and was asked to give them fifteen minutes to sort it out, more like a forty minutes wait. Nice dogs."
