"Great. The inclusion of a boat with the accommodation is a brilliant idea. Kids off screens and engaged. We had a wonderful time going up the river, stopping for lunch and back again. Dog had a lovely time too although she was not keen on embarking/ disembarking boat. Accommodation clean and of a good standard."

"Wonderful accommodation, we had a thoroughly enjoyable family gathering for Christmas in Main Sail. Very clean kitchen/ bathrooms/ sheets/ towels etc. We had lovely neighbours whilst there and were all surprised at the sound proof nature of the building. As the boatyard was closed for a few days over the Festive period it was exceptionally quiet, we were also very lucky with the weather, which made using the day boat provided more appealing. Well equipped kitchen, much better than most self catering holidays we have had, even the knives were sharp. A big shout out to the staff, who were welcoming, really friendly and pleasant and the out of hours service was impressive. We had a slight heating issue, but were tended to within minutes of reaching out. All staff appeared to demonstrate a lovely personal touch, we were made to feel more than welcome and shown how to use the day boat in a professional yet warm friendly manner. We loved having the use of the day boat and experienced some unusual wildlife on our voyages. Some of us attended the Christmas day service at the local Church which was full to capacity and really friendly. Would highly recommend a stay with Barnes Brinkcraft you will not be disappointed, we were so pleased we made the decision to spend Christmas here."

"For a group of 8 sharing, the accommodation Spinnaker provides was excellent. Four bedrooms with separate facilities were much appreciated. Well equipped and located lodge, with balcony views over the river and 'marina'. The decoration was of a high standard and the property was close to village amenities. An excellent location for a group of old friends to meet up and enjoy the Broads. Already booked again for 2023!"

"Just had an excellent stay in Barnes holiday home Spinnaker, well equipped and very cosy for your hols, depends on time of year but you may not need the heating on. Three balconies with great views and one has a large table and chairs. Decking to fish from if you don't want to go any further. Also a day boat provided. 2 parking spots right on the doorstep. Only 2 of us in this sizeable property which holds 8 people no problem. That good we have already re-booked it for next year. Great position walkable to all shops, restaurant etc."

"We have been going to BB for a few years now and have enjoyed each visit. The hampers are always a great bonus, the views are stunning and so relaxing. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Only down side is that it would be good to update the paint work as looking little tired now and maybe get all the cobwebs off just making it look a little more accommodating on arrival. Great place to take dogs and family."
