"Tranquillity Base personified... until you have to move to board, when it becomes a variety of vehicles dancing to the tune of a Wagner concerto. Jolly Well Done!!!"
"Great place for us to depart to France with our 8 m motor home Easy parking no bad experiences over the last 15 years or so. DFDS staff very helpfull and obliging."
"I found the whole experience really good. The staff were very polite, the check-in process was excellent and fast, the waiting area was clean and comfortable. They took our bags so we didn't have to worry about them on the boat and the bus drove us the last leg. Very happy indeed with the whole thing."
"The ship needs scrapping it is a absolute knacker, couldn't understand how it was so much cheaper than all the other crossings until I got on.to be fair the food was reasonable but that's it"
"I love this crossing. It is convenient for me being on the south coast near Hastings. it is leisurely at about 4 hours and the Seven Sisters so named ship was nicely appointed and everyone seemed very chilled and relaxed. Prices are perfectly reasonable on board, there is a duty free shop and it is a pleasant way, during the kind of weather we had for the crossing at least, to spend time. I also chose to motor to the French Alps using A roads only. This crossing put me to the west of Paris which was an added advantage for my trip. I returned using the same crossing and experienced the same relaxed good standards of service."
