"This company ripped my 81 year old father, who has Parkinson’s disease, off by adding £12 to the quoted price after assuring us the trip from Seaford to Lewes would cost 20-25 pounds. When querying the price we were told they use outside drivers at busy times, which is a blatant lie. Do not believe a word they say, they are cowboys who con old sick vulnerable people! No customer service, no integrity! There should be a no star rating."

"We booked a taxi from Deans Place Hotel to Polegate Station. When we got into the taxi, the man said, “Did they tell you it would be £18 flat rate?” No, the hotel did not. We were shocked but took the taxi and paid up anyway as we needed to get to the station on time. Trips with other taxi companies were only £10 or £11. This was Monday afternoon, no traffic on the road, in beautiful summer sunshine. Avoid if possible."
