"Went in today 23/12/22 about 16:30 to pick up a prescription. Sounds simple but being autistic it can be tough. The receptionist wasn’t much help at all! but a lovely woman waring a blue Christmas jumper sorted the whole situation within minutes. I’m not sure who you are but thank you so much you helped calm me down. You’re amazing at your job so hopefully someone recognises this!"

I have tried phoning for nearly an hour and each time, it rings and rings without anyone picking it up and then the line goes to the engaged tone."
