"Great selection of products and offers. Found what I needed quickly which was good as I didn't have much time."
"If I could give zero stars to this Boots I would. I queued for 40 minutes was told to wait another 15 minutes for the prescription to be “checked”. After waiting another 50 minutes I went to the counter (earning myself some bad vibes from other suffering customers) and was told “oh sorry, didn’t know you were waiting”. Doh. Really!!! Appalling service."
"Awful customer service from one of the older employees wearing a blue top. Asked her a question and she rolled her eyes at me acting as though she didn’t work there. Clearly cant do her job properly. I asked her if a product was in stock but she lied and said that “they didn’t stock them anymore” even though it did say online it was so clearly she needs a training course on customer service . I don’t really understand why there was a lack of staff at such a busy christmas time with queues all the way at the back of the shop. It took us a good ten minutes to find a helpful member of staff. Then i asked another woman who was much more helpful and managed to get me the item i wanted."
"Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience ever. Excessive waiting times, and rude, unhelpful staff. This pharmacy has the distinction of being the duty pharmacy, open late. Plus it has a different supplier to the other pharmacies in Swansea (Walmart I believe), and is often the only outlet where you can acquire some of the less common prescription medicines. Consequently, you have no choice but to go here, and believe me nobody sane would go here out of choice. They provide a terrible service, and seem to have have no incentive to improve. The first problem is the waiting times. They operate a clearly inefficient system of a single queue to drop off and pick up each prescription. There is typically a wait of 30 minutes plus, but on this visit it was over an hour. When I handed the script over, I was told at least another hour and a half wait to collect. I opted to return the next day, which would still necessitate standing in the queue for an hour to collect. Literally no other pharmacy I have ever been to incurs waiting times this long, and it is the same every visit. The next problem I had was that the medication I required comes in two sizes, and I required the larger one for a week's supply. As this had not been specified on the script, they would only give me the smaller size, i.e. two days worth instead of a week. When I pointed this out, the woman rather rudely and unapologetically told me I would just have to go back to my doctor and get another prescription - this is not the first time this has happened to me there. So I will now have to waste another day sorting this out. Other pharmacists I use bend over backwards to be helpful, but this lot are the total opposite and clearly have no intention of improving. Something drastic needs to happen to get them to acknowledge what a terrible service they provide, and provide some remotely acceptable customer service."
"Understand that it’s busy, didn’t mind waiting and returning 45 minutes to an hour later as asked. But to be told that the prescription still wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be any time soon was unacceptable. Very poor all round."
