"UNHAPPY IN-STORE EXPERIENCE I’ve been a loyal customer at Eurasia Supermarket since 2021. Going to shop almost every week. Few hours ago, at 13:03, I went to the shop to by some Brazilian items, as usual, and was informed that Scooters are not allowed. My scooter was turned off from the first step into the shop. I asked why, and since when they have made that decision. I told him that I always bring my scooter with me and nobody from the store asked me to turn around and leave, not even once. Instead of explaining or give me any reason he kept saying “You’re not allowed “, “You’re not allowed “, “You’re not allowed “. A lady beside us started to talk to him in a different language while I was waiting for an explanation. At the end, I had to go inside the store to exit by another door. Funny thing is, on the way to get out nobody asked me about the scooter. On the way out, I picked the item I needed, paid for it and before leaving I asked the cashier. Just because I asked, she said “Sorry, you’re not allowed to come with the scooter”. As soon I as got home, I searched on their website, instagram page, google updates, for any information or warning about entering the store with scooters. NO INFORMATION AT ALL. No posters at the store either. I’m not telling all of it to be contacted, but to help you not losing more customers as I’m not going there ever again, neither my friends, neither housemates or my family. And before coming with the excuse of: “You could hurt someone in the store with your scooter”, know that it’s a carrying item, as well as a trolley shopping cart, as well as a baby buggy (which I have been hit once at the same store and never complained). And I couldn’t find any law about it. For the owners, directors, managers, make sure you have trained your staff properly and provide information about any rule applied, to avoid exposing your customers to humiliating situations."
"Love this store, I am Irish myself and enjoy trying different ethnic foods, one thing I will say is staff are so helpful, really enjoy the Deli counter, well worth a visit even if its just to pick up some snacks or spices."
"It's a good place to visit if you are looking for indian items. I visited this place one week ago and bought some indian items. I could see a good variety and quality here. Except that you can enjoy Indian food here. I tried a chole bhature that was not as expected but still as this was the first time I actually had chole bhature in Ireland so loved it. It could be better but that's ok."
"Bad experience as once got the expired item from this store and twice get the wrong billing due to scanning of one item twice. Normally I don't check the bills as this incident happened with us earlier once & one of my friend also had similar incident with them. So, this time I checked my bill & found one the €10 item scanned twice. The counter lady was rude and acting surprisingly but I think they get trained for this. Though she return the amount but It looks like this is their regular practise. They don't get caught as normally people don’t check their receipts. So, avoid this shop or check date of expiry for each n every item before buying & you must check ur bill items twice before leaving the counter."
