"This is the most splendid shop in Bedford, the equipment they sell are the major names, and the prices are the same as the big chains like Curry's etc. The difference is the advice and service this shop provides to its customers. The staff are highly knowledgeable of the products and the level of service is the best I've ever known, if it's possible they will do it immediately, if it's impossible it might take a couple of days. I've bought my TV's high fi etc from them for 20 years. Go there as your first choice, you will not regret it."

"I have just had another excellent experience using Michael R Peters. My 92 year old mother's television needed replacing. At 92 years old, and still independent, she needed a television with a large, clear screen but otherwise very basic and user friendly. Unfortunately, I live and work thousands of miles away and therefore cannot be there to help. As on previous occassions, I called the store, told them of her requirements and they knew exactly what to recommend. The delivery and set up happened exactly when they advised, the engineer walked mum through using the remote and was extremely patient with her. The end result is that she has a lovely new TV, which she can operate easily and absolutely loves it. As her TV is her lifeline, this has made a massive difference to her quality of life. Once again, I cannot thank the staff at Michael R Peters enough. The process from start to finish was perfect and I strongly recommend them."
