Arminghall Carboot ​Sale

"This place used to be great. Used to have a morning out with the kids, pick up some bargains; toys, clothes, costume jewelry etc. Get a bacon roll, burger or even an ice cream. A nice cheap way to spend the morning. However it is not so now. The experience is ruined by a plague of dealers. They descend on sellers, like a flock of vultures, whilst they are setting up, including before when the trading is supposed to start at 7:30. They hoover up anything worth buying, leaving little for those of us arriving later in the morning, after the official time that buyers are allowed in. Some even then take the items back to their own stall and sell them on at inflated prices. This has ruined it for the average punter and makes it difficult to find a bargain, which is one of the main attractions of car boot sales. Sorry to say that unless things change, which I doubt they will, we wont be bothering anymore."

"Great carboot sale, weather permitting. At it's best during the summer months when it's generally busy."

"Haven't been to a boot sale in years. This one was a real mixed bag for me. Some nice items, new items but some real tat! Would definitely go again tho as there were loads of sellers and some great bits on offer"

"Classic car show and auto jumble. Well laid out and easy to navigate. Only wish there was another catering site as the queue was massive and had to wait over half an hour. Worth it though, Burger was amazing!"
