"Delay Britain sums up my experience with this company . The job that would have taken 4 days , is now 40 days and counting . Delays after delays, various excuses , one panel fell after 2 days. They even got their sums wrong until I pointed out the mistake . I am still waiting for the job to finish and there is no end in sight ! I will not recommend it to anyone"

"Adrian and Max did a fantastic job on our kitchen. They worked 10 hours x 4 days and only stopped 10 minutes for lunch. We are really pleased with the standard of work and congratulate them on the invisible joints on the worktops and splashbacks. We now have a show house kitchen and utility room. Would recommend Quartzize as cupboards, worktops and fitters were excellent."
"Extremely poor customer service. The saga began on 4th May when fitting of worktop and replacement cupboard doors was booked. Worktop for island arrived too small. Surveyor had calculated measurements wrong. Rest of worktops and sink fitted. Though no cupboards were delivered. New fitting date arranged for 17th May - needed to phone several times to get delivery date as no contact from Quartzize themselves as they promised. 17th May. 2 fitters (original guys) arrived and fitted new island worktop. 2 more fitters came to fit cupboard doors. When fitted I noticed they did not match my existing doors. When I rang customer service they told me they could not guarantee they would match. I was not told this by the salesman! Cupboards now odd so need to buy 2 more to match with new ones. I asked for compensation as this was not my fault but was told I had to pay upfront for new doors but they would waive the fitting cost! I paid £180 and told I would get a phone call by Friday 21st with delivery date. Surprise, surprise no call received. Monday 24th May - I regularly rang throughout the day on After Sales extension but no answer. Left 3 message but no reply. Tuesday 25th May - Regularly rang After sales again and left message but no reply. Rang Sales and spoke with Rebecca who said she would put me through to aftersales - rang and rang - then cut off. Rang Rebecca again - she tried again but said they were busy and would send a message for them to ring me by end of day on Tuesday. NO CALL. Wed 26th May - Rang after sales this morning answered quite quickly. Said fitting date would be Thursday 3rd June. Driver will call before between 9-10am. Tues 1st June - Rang aftersales to say I couldn't make Thursday so could I rearrange. I was told it was booked for Wednesday!! So that was wrong - definitely not booked for Wednesday. Rearranged for Tues 8th June in morning driver would ring me. Tues 8th June - Rang at 11am to check when fitter coming but couldn't get through to After sales 3 times I rang. Rang Sales - got through - she said someone would ring me - no-one did so I rang again. Sales told me fitter would be with me this afternoon and would ring me beforehand. Gone 5pm now and driver arrives (he hadn't rang me) and low and behold he had NO DOORS!! He was told they were with me. He rang Dave Fyfe, Operations Manager, who promised they would be fitted tomorrow Wednesday between 12-4pm. He checked that the doors were there at the warehouse! Dave kept to his word and a fitter arrived between the times given and fitted by doors perfectly. I have no problem with the quality of the worktops nor with the fitters as they were very professional. Thank you Dave for eventually sorting it all out. Your After Sales team definitely need a complete shake-up as customer service is appalling and they let the company down terribly. Reading another review I see though that this may come from the top so not much hope of anything improving soon. Would definitely not recommend this company."
"James and Stuart came to my house at 8 a.m today September 16th and left at 8.30.p.m. They were fantastic workers.. so professional and the quality of their workmanship is the best I have ever seen. They wanted to finish up and see it all done today to save me another day of upheaval. I can't thank them enough for cleaning up and putting everything back in its place. I highly recommend this company for all kitchen re- vamps. Many thanks."
