"The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. On the day of fitting the fitter said one of the drawer fronts was the wrong size. Before leaving he assured us that the old doors and other rubbish piled on my driveway would be collected in a few days and that he had ordered the correct drawer front and that someone would be along to fit it in the next 7 to 10 days. After three weeks nobody had collected the rubbish and nobody had turned up to fit the missing drawer front. When you ring customer service nobody ever answers and you can only leave a message, which I did. I ended up taking all the rubbish to the tip myself because I was sick of having it in a pile on the drive. Several days later someone finally returned my call to customer service. They said there was no record of any remedial work needing to be done so I had to explain which drawer front was missing they then gave me a date for fitting that was two months away. Two months passed and the fitting date came and nobody turned up. This was 3 days ago and there is still never an answer when calling customer service and they have yet to respond to my voicemail messages. This is all such a shame because the work that was actually done was great, the doors are nice and were installed well."

"An incredibly poor service. I can't say from start to finish as after 4 months it's still on going! Messed around from day 1 with dates - constantly changing and dragging on. When fitters finally appeared they had a wrong piece which they said would be replaced the following week - that was over a month ago. Looking around what has been fitted, there are so many mistakes that need to be rectified. I have given the 1 star for the quality of the doors - the rest is a shambles."
