"Came in to shop to do a wheel alignment. Person working in there told me that his colleague is sick and he's on it's own today so I might need to wait longer as there's a queue. After an hour waiting queue has cleared I came in to shop again to see if I can come in and then been told that if there's only one person working they don't do wheel alignment and priority is tyres... He might do it if nobody will come for tyres... Wasted an hour of waiting for nothing..."
"As a tyre centre, it does exactly that. I got two new tyres fitted for €75 each and I only had to wait in line for about 5 minutes. They don't take appointments so you may have to wait longer. What brings it down for me, is the customer service. It's not exactly service with a smile or in fact any form or friendliness. It could also do with someplace for customers to sit while waiting for your tyres to be changed. Parking is also a bit tight, the whole surrounding area is packed with cars."
