"Went there to day and asked if the would charge my I phone battery.15 euro he said,I replied are you crazy,can buy a new battery for 11 euro on eBay.Only hi tech about this place is their prices,won’t be back here,buy a new battery on eBay fully charged for 11 euro,"

Andy gave me a loan of a phone as I couldn’t collect the next morning. Vodafone quoted more than € 250 The repaired phone lasted for many years. When the iPhone 4 eventually needed updating I bought a 2nd hand iPhone 8 from Andy - this phone is still working more than 3 years later."

"Absolute chancers! Was told it would be €50 to replace the speaker on my phone to solve my volume problem. I smelt a rat so brought to shop to the road and lovely guy told me phone just needed a proper clean out and did it for a tenner. Mentioned to him what they had said in HE Tech and he told me the speaker for my phone (iPhone 12) to be replaced could not possibly have been done by them so they were definitely trying to rip me off. Avoid!"

My phone was ready in less than an hour and when I collected it I had a brand new screen protector on my phone free of charge and much better quality than the ones I was using."
