"Met the new doctor. His name is Dr Leckenby, and he is very nice. He puts you at ease and doesn't make you feel like I had to rush."

"Spent 20 minutes trying to get through and then when I get through and spend 40 mins on hold and then finally talk to someone saying that's there's no appointments this morning and should just call 111 for my issue. Similar situations happen whenever I try booking an appointment. Terrible service am planning to move to a different GP."

"The gps are good, but the phone line system is shocking. I have to call over 200 times to get through each and every time I need an appointment - this has been the case for a number of months now. I especially worry about older people in our community and those who are especially ill. I expect not the reception staff’s fault, but whoever is in management needs to sort out the phone system. It really is shockingly awful."

"Awful. They've made it completely impossible to get an appointment. They have nothing available for months when booking online, which is my preferred way of booking due to medical conditions. So I then have no choice but to phone up (which is a struggle for me compared to online), only for the phone lines to always be engaged - or even worse, they're just not working (which is supposedly the current situation!!). There is currently no way to get in contact with the surgery. And god only knows why they are still only doing useless telephone appointments instead of in-person ones, if you do happen to be lucky enough to get one at all. Not everyone can talk over the phone. And a lot of health issues can not be accurately assessed over the phone. I haven't been able to get an appointment in over 2 years at this point for one reason or another. It's a joke. I'm now unable to get my medication because I have to see a clinician before I can get more. But it's impossible to see anyone. Honestly don't bother."

"Shockingly awful GP. Phone lines constantly engaged, my partner and I have been trying continually for 3 weeks and despite calling over 1,500 times between us at all times of the day and on every day of the week neither of us have been able get through even once. I personally know of a relatively young patient registered at this surgery who tragically died of a treatable condition despite filing multiple complaints in this regard. If you’re registered at this GP, get out. If you’re thinking of registering, for the love of god, don’t. It might just cost you your life."
