"You can’t call them, e-consult is off line, if you go to the surgery there is a long queue out the door and they then tell you to e consult anyway. No email options. At a loose end on how to speak to an actual doctor."
"I have been with the surgery for more than 11 years I am not a big fan of doctors or medication but every now and then like any other human I need to get medical advice, I have been let down every single time whenever I need it done in the last three months They let me down four times and it’s the worst it has ever been .I went on holiday I swell up like a balloon, I tried to book an appointment I was given 6 weeks down the line and it was a phone consultation on the day I did not receive a phone consultation it was cancelled for some reason no explanation. Second occasion it was about my hayfever tablet, I tried to get a review it wouldn’t subscribe me until I did a review and when I did Over the phone again I was told you can’t get it on subscription anymore you have to pay for it complete waste of time because it’s cheaper to buy over the shelf third occasion I applied for a medical report for a taxi license not only the fact that it cost more than any other surgery to do one but also it took as long as you can book an appointment to be seen through like on NHS this isn’t to do with free NHS and paying for it £120 worth when it came for the medical report I had a confirmation and everything when I attended there is no record that I have an appointment so they had to go in and beg the doctor to see me luckily they had availability very unprofessional especially when you are paying for a service. Fourth occasion waiting for my medical report to come only to find out that they have send it out of their own little mind without handing it back to me when I have to complete the application with all the relevant documentation that is required to go with it. I am so annoyed and frustrated at the surgery I am looking at leaving the surgery and going to another one because I don’t think I could do with another let down The moral of the story is every time I go and I speak to the receptionist there isn’t much they can do usual scenario with me and when I do manage to get to a health profession i.e. GP it’s all well and good but the results the appointments the recalls it doesn’t exist!"
"The phone lines are dreadful. Consistently have terrible experiences with them. Tried to call up today and got cut off 5 times, then when the call does actually go through the other 2 times I have tried, I have waited a total of an hour and 33 minutes, and then it cuts me off again. Genuinely makes me consider changing doctor surgeries because it’s a complete waste of time and never get any calls back meaning I rarely can get an appointment."
"I find this surgery to be very good! Phone lines can be a little busy sometimes, but the receptionists are polite and helpful. Appointments are available quickly and the doctors and nurses are fantastic. A real friendly and helpful bunch at the surgery."
