"No self service checkouts, so there can regularly be long queues. The pontardawe store has the self service checkouts and makes things much more convenient when you don't have a trolley full."
"Just popped in for a few of things on the way to an appointment. Only two checkouts open, and a queue of trolleys at each. It seemed clear that I was going to have to wait a pretty long time to checkout, so ended up having to leave without the items I'd intended to purchase. I actually heard a member of staff call for more checkouts to be opened, as they could see people (myself and my wife) walking out. It was a bit late for us at that point. It's not a store I'd choose to shop at in the future."
