"Car referred to here by insurance company, seemed friendly and communicative to begin with but as soon as they’d got the car in for repair this all stopped. Was initially told it would be 7-10 days then told would be ready yesterday which will be 16 days, couldn’t get through on phone and despite leaving messages no call back, tried calling today, no answer and no call back so drove to garage to be told nearly ready just needs final inspection and sign off but date now another ten days away!! Disgusting service and fact the only way to get any update is to travel to the garage is not acceptable."

"This is the worst service ever, my husband had a accident in his car and we were told that this place were going to have our car for a couple of weeks we had the app which is meant to be good but kept giving false hope. I had to ring up every week and ask what the update was and kept getting told the same thing. Over a month went past I went to go and check on the car it wasn’t even in the garage. Waited another week then had a phone call saying it was ready when collecting the car was cleaned but there was scuffs around the motor and a cracked screen that wasn’t there before hand. I was told that they didn’t deal with that kind of thing but it was their fault. I would not recommend this place."

"Saved my little mini from deer hit! They have been looking after me since. I had front bumper replaced with air con, electric fan and water pipes. The repair took around 6 weeks. Really great service. They are more expensive compared to other service garages,but there is good reason for it! They do fantastic job. They are very busy. So little patience goes a long way. Mind you, I must be one of the least patient customers! Thank you the whole team at East bilney coachworks Norwich North, Neil and engineers for always looking after my little Mini! As good as new!"

"Communication none promised calls never happened. Took three attempts to assess and order parts each time a weeks wait for parts too be delivered. Having been told car would be ready delayed again due t needing more parts no call or update.Six weeks to complete. Insurance jobs seem to used to fill down time. Work completed seems to be of good quality."
