Promised me on 3 separate occasions to undertake a specific job I asked them to do with me car. Even on the day I took it in again I asked and was told they would undertake the work. Couldn't even check by phone if they had done the work as they don't answer the phone. Picked car up only to be told they didn't do it. They were extremely rude and unprofessional . "Great service provided by Luke at Halfords Norwich. Changed lightbulb for me but noticed that another part had been damaged by the previous bulb. Gave great advice on where to find another part and was able to source one that day. He then fixed and installed the new part and bulb the same day."

Smooth experience whole way through, my cars brakes needed replacing (which I didn’t realise), and the wheel shaft popped out, something the guys has never seen before. Felt relieved to have been in good hands and have constant updates. Really friendly and helpful staff, they were very thorough with showing and explaining the damage to me."
