He explained the whole process and helped us with a new kettle selection. The store was in the airside retail park north dublin. All in all, a happy day for me and the wifey - it's a 10/10 from us."

"I visited this store today with a friend to purchase a laptop. When we arrived the store wasn’t particularly busy but still had to wait for 15 minutes before a member of staff approached us. Having spent 10 minutes with us and as we were about to make a purchase the sales assistant said they had to go away for 5 minutes but would be back to us straight away. He proceeded to attend to another customer he had been dealing with before us. We stood for 20 minutes waiting. No other staff member approached us to ask if we were being looked after. Eventually we had to get another member of staff to look after us. And then it turned out that the laptop we had decided on was not in stock. So we placed our order and will have to wait 5/7 days before we can collect. A forgettable experience and an hour of my life I will never get back. Will not be making any more purchases at this store."
