"The parts I ordered were the wrong ones. I e tried to return them five different times and there’s always a problem. Their “live” chat system isn’t live at all (three day turnaround minimum), they don’t answer their phones, and I’m sat on parts I can do nothing with. I’ve submitted a chargeback through my card company. Only on the fifth time visiting did they find out the actual part number for what I needed. Wasteful, careless group."

"Online ordering for click and collect.... Speedy it was not! Waiting a good 5 or 10 minutes for someone to turn up and see what I wanted then had to wait while the guy went and found the part. Why did I order in advance if it wasn't going to ready to pick up and go? Not the best experience today I'm afraid. Maybe next time......."
