"Had a 9am diagnostic booked. Waited over 30 minutes to be seen. Spent less than 5 minutes on my car and was told to get genuine parts instead of aftermarket ones I had fitted. I asked if they can test other related issues to ensure that was the problem and was refused. No advice given as to where I might purchase decent parts. Turns out that was wrong and the new parts didn’t work and had to be removed by my next garage so £100 wasted Only small mercy is, I wasn’t charged for the diagnostic. However, I would have preferred that they just completed the diagnostic properly to find the cause as I’ve had to waste time and a lot of money as a result Edit: your reply just shows the lack of professionalism. I booked over the phone 2 weeks in advance for 6th March at 9am. I was reluctant to pay £60 for less than 5 minutes work and no advice. After highlighting this, the mechanic said I wouldn’t be charged"

"I was having major electrical problems. After seeing the reviews I took my car down to this Garage. Straight away he took an extensive look at it testing all the points. Arranged a day to drop it off,and fair play he fixed the problem. It was a rotten live wire. I feel the pricing was fair given the job he had to do. I would recommend to others to use this garage as its been hassel free and they are nice guys."
