"Lovely meal with wife and friend. Table was for 8pm and some menu items were short or gone. Obviously a very busy place. Table was comfortable and service attentive. Food was good. I had whitebait and nice but could do with a little spice. I always add a touch of cayenne. Belly Pork for main which was succulent and really good. Dessert was great too. Would definitely go again."

I had a fishcake with very nice creamy sauce and my partner had the shepherd's pie which he loved. The menue is small which immediately tells you that everything is fresh. What made the food even tastier was the fact that is local, seasonal and sustainable. A restaurant for the perfect date."
