"They said I wouldn't remember the procedure a while after so I thought I'd post before I'd forgotten it. Completely professional throughout, put me at ease from the moment I walked into the door receptionist, was kind & friendly. Seen very quickly by a friendly nurse & the anesthetist who took the time to explain what would happen next & to ask if I had any questions. I was awake & aware for the entire extraction, felt no pain at any point due to mild sedation. I was incredibly nervous beforehand due to past experiences at a previous dental extraction, I can not speak more highly of my experience today."

"No gloves were worn when putting a needle in to my child's arm and got blood all over his own hands, this man had a blunt approach and did not seem understanding of a child with additional needs and severe anxiety. However the other dentists in the room were supportive and helped to calm my child down."
