"All happy when you are paying them regularly after that it’s Everyman for themselves can’t be bothered to reply to emails or voicemails to resolve issues I honestly give up with this place. (Probably will get the email was in the spam folder reply from them so they didn’t see it or they couldn’t get through to my number) Teeth shifted and the retainer made last time I came up did not fit properly hygienist even noted this on the system. No effort to resolve this now teeth have shifted wasted over 5k for nothing. Only plus side to this clinic is location this is close to Brighton so when you are depressed with the service here there is many pubs/bars to accommodate you."
