"I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but I’m honestly so disappointed with this company. Purchased a car last August from here after knowing a few people who have bought a second hand car from Dinnages so it was a no brainer when it came to getting something newer than I had. Found a 3 year old car, way more advanced than what I had. Going through all the regular channels before it was handed over to me. MOT was done, only one advisory which was the tyres were on their way out. Queried it before the keys were handed to me and told they were changed. Fabulous. Six months later a message flagged on the dashboard. Needed a filter changing aka needs a service. I wasn’t told it would need one six months down the line but needs must. Booking one a whole different ballgame, bought it down straight after working a nightshift after being told it would be an hour. Four hours later I finally get the breakdown of the service, six hours later I was finally able to pick the car up. During the service the tyres were brought up again, I told them I was told they had been changed six months ago. Firstly someone said they were changed to ‘cheap’ tyres then someone else came back to me saying they’d never changed the tyres on my car. Ever. The break discs also needed doing. After a ‘follow up’ call three days later I expressed my disappointment, never spoke to the lady in charge of customer service again I was just handed to one of the mechanics. I was told they’d do some sort of ‘deal’ in fixing the discs and tyres ‘when they need doing’. This was just over half way through January. I know I didn’t purchase a brand new car, I’m fully aware of that. But considering you charge next to new and you can’t even change a couple of tyres that borderline nearly failed the MOT is unbelievable. Keep searching if your looking for a ‘new’ car cause this isn’t the place."

"Just wanted to say what fantastic service I’ve received from Luke and Ian today regarding the service that was carried out on my vehicle today. The work was carried out in double quick time and they even carried out a valet as well. Brilliant service."

"Initial sales when purchasing my Puma was very good, there was a fault with the car and a part was ordered and car booked in.I agreed to wait as I was told an hour only to find out from someone in the service area it would be two and a half hours.The car was then booked to be collected and brought back to me , which considering the car was brand new and less than 6 months old only right. Being told the car would be valeted and cleaned I was appalled when it was returned in such a state and said" so the car didnt get cleaned then", and was told by the driver he saw it being cleaned.The marks were on the car when it left in the morning . The photographs show the car was not cleaned and should never have been allowed to be returned in this state."

They are so helpful and continue to support me, even with my silly questions. The manager (Lewis) goes above and beyond to make sure all the customers coming through the door are dealt with as if they are the only customers for the day!"
