"Absolute disaster of a shop . No staff around self service tills bringing up the wrong price . Went to ask staff for help and they ran into the back of the shop . Checkout upstairs had one person on who moved extremely slow and when I finally got to be served the price was scanning different then the sticker and the employee asked me if I changed it , manager comes over doesn’t interact with me and it takes them both a ridiculous amount of time to realise what the other is saying before they finally let me pay the sticker price . Get better staff including your rude manager with no customer service skills"
"Today I went pull and bear shop near jervis Dublin, and I liked a jacket and it was in an offer, the price was 35.99 euro in the tag .. during self checkout when I scan the price tag it showed 45.99 euro. So I called a staff and explained. So that staff very irrespectfully tore that price tag of 35.99 and told me it’s not the actual price, the price is 45.99. I was very disappointed. It was not a good way behaving like that. I was disappointed."
"Crowded however some good quality of clothesline available here. The self checkout option really makes it different place who not wishes to wait in the long queue to bill the clothes."
"Used the self checkouts today, couldn’t remove the security tag, staff asked to go back to normal queue to get the tag off. Waste of time if we couldn’t use the security tag to remove at self checkouts. Seems it has time frame like 5seconds to remove the tag. Total waste. Need to improvise for user friendly"
"Good but limited collections. Could be cramped sometimes due to closely placed clothing aisles. Self checkout process is quite simple and nice once the operation is understood."
