Louise went above and beyond for us, taking great care and showing us a great many options to choose from, as well as checking and re-checking the kids' measurements to be sure we got the right fit for their delicate growing feet. Having become more and more disappointed with the progressively poorer service, quality and selection of kids' shoes at the most well-known high street shoe chain, I'm so relieved now to have found this wonderful little shop. "I've two boys aged 3 and 6 and I've bought all of their shoes here since the shop opened mid pandemic. The selection of shoes is fantastic ( better than what I found in a major chain in a nearby large shopping centre). The service is excellent, they always measure the feet and hand pick the shoes for you according to the child's needs (high instep, wide feet etc). I wouldn't go anywhere else"
