"If you like food, DON'T dine here. Both adult and kids burgers were bone dry. Curry consisted of a watery, tasteless slop with boiled (not roasted) veg on the side. Stale poppadom and barely fried bhaji. We probably would have sent all the food back if we hadn't waited 45 minutes on a Wednesday evening. The limited chips and general pub vibes get a generous 1 star each."
"Visited on a rainy day and staff were nice enough to let us move inside! Our waiter was very friendly and helpful! Would recommend making a booking. Food was pretty average to be honest for the price but happy I went."
"The restaurant is full of Chinese locals which is always a good sign. The menu is a combination of traditional Chinese dishes and Thai, which is interesting. We had a Sechzuan Chicken and Chicken Satay with special friend rice. We started with duck pancakes. The duck was a little dry, but accompanying vegetables fresh and crisp. Other dishes were tasty but heavy on the onion and capsicum. Service was blunt. Served us well for a last minute convenient meal across from our Ibis Hotel."
"My wife recently organised a surprise 70th for her Mum with a bite to eat followed by friends and family visiting during the afternoon. The staff were absolutely brilliant in the afternoon and worked hard to make it work for us even "reserving" other tables in spurious names to throw the mother in law off the scent of visitors through the day. Thanks very much to Glyn and Ali who worked tirelessly throughout the afternoon session."
"Kids area for young children, garden with booths, big bar area and out front seating. Reasonable selection of beers and ciders. Came for Sunday roast, meals all arrived at the same time. Food was hot and considering we arrived at the end of the day it was good! Many places the potatoes and veg are hard/over cooked. Service friendly and helpful and full Covid-19 practices in place. Well done and thank you"
