"What a disappointing order. Just spent £39.40 on 3 dishes expecting to be more than enough for 2 people and the portions were embarrassing for the price. The one in the picture costed £13.60 on uber eats. There is literally one slice of chewy hard beef and the Tteok Bokki comes in a small plastic container costing £9.80. I feel like its easy to take advantage of rising the prices specially now and previously checking the reviews I’ve read it was expensive but worth the hype. Im sure the bbq and going to the restaurant is a different experience but if you’re providing a delivery service it’s expected the same quality and the feeling of being full. Besides the delivery fee, there’s a mandatory ‘service charge’ included in the order from the restaurant. Absolutely ridiculous of a place."
"The food is fine but the service is unacceptable. I ordered an Korean liquor and it’s expired. When I told them, they just took it away and give me a new one which shows no sincerity. They also charge me 10% tips without asking. I don’t recommend this restaurant tbh."
"I feel cheated about the order of fried chicken I had. The food ordered was 12 pieces of fried chicken. I expected the size of general Korean fried chicken pieces - if not KFC piece size. While they actually sell chicken wings for a separate price, they sold chicken pieces to us now expensive than chicken wings, the 12 pieces included only 9 chicken wings, 2 drumsticks and 1 piece of chicken thigh fillet. The taste is 7 out of 10. But the description should have been truthfully as it is. It was no meat attached other than wing pieces.. 9 out of 12 pieces. It is a very very wrong description. Very disappointed."
"Amazing food! We got the Korean BBQ and cooked it on the table. It was a little expensive, but was really tasty and the staff were super nice too. Felt like a genuine place."
