"Visited with a 17mth old in our party for lunch. The staff were great and very polite and gave our daughter great attention and a balloon for being a good girl. Food was of very good portion size and was cooked and presented very well. Drinks were good as well. Everything looked very clean. Price was good as well. They were short staffed when we visited so there was a slightly longer wait than usual but the staff were very good, polite and very apologetic. I'd certainly revisit if I am in Brighton again and would recommend a visit."
"I visited with my 5 year old for lunch on Sunday. It wasn't overwhelmingly busy, but not disconscertingly empty either and we received a warm welcome. Really happy with the attentive service and the range/portion size of food available for little ones including free refills; colouring pens and crazy straw to take home. Being vegetarian I'm not much of a burger person but the portobello mushroom and goats cheese burger was delicious. We even stayed for dessert - lava cake oh my word! We had such a nice time there together we will definitely be back next pay day!"
"Lovely local pub, great for families on a Saturday afternoon. We had a nice visit a couple of grown up drinks and the boys feasted on chips and a juice. The decor is quirky and fun. A great spot for an afternoon chill."
"Fantastic beer, lovely staff! Unfortunately the Food is overpriced and underwhelming, especially when ranked along side the other options in the area. Won’t be eating again but will definitely be back for the beer."
"Brighton has a new (old) pub, and what a pub. I wasn’t around for the pre-reopening but it’s beautiful. Cracking interior and large beer garden. Minus a point for, in my opinion, limited beer selection. Laine Brews plus rotating guests. Hoping for some better cask and more interesting keg/can/bottle soon."
