"We bought a dress from the store the other day and the staff what was in the store was so lovely, that's why it makes me sad I need to put a one-star review as the dress had a broken zipper which we discover after coming home. So that's why we broth it today 21/11/20022 around 4 pm for an exchange but the lady in the shop wasn't welcoming at all. She made us feel like it was our fault, even saying that she is going to bin the dress now absolutely shocking behaviour. We've got the dress exchanged in the end. We always loved the shop as it's lovely and the staff was always so nice to us, but I don't think so I'll be ever coming back. Maybe the owner should think about refreshing the staff."

The lovely ladies who work there are fantastic, they offer the best advice and are so friendly! It will be the first place I go once the shops are open again, though the customer service is great online, there is no comparison to the warm and welcoming atmosphere going in-store provides! Five stars doesn't do this place justice, I couldn't recommend them enough!"
