"I did get frustrated with the shop, I entered on the first floor and did not find what I was looking for. There are no signs saying where departments are. I went downstairs out of curiosity and found the ladies coats I was looking for. One person serving and I queued longer than I would have liked. I mentioned that I was looking for the petit section and was told it was round the corner!!! Annoying that no sign is visible until you get there. But they only had small sizes in this range. So a bit disappointed in this store."
