"Placed an order on online booking system but takeaway wasn’t open, it was a Wednesday eve and website showed as open. My payment was taken and didn’t even contact me today. Rang them and was advised refund would be done within 2 weeks. Very dodgy and won’t ever order again using on line system."

"Food is nice if you can get an order, phones are always turned off and they don't take card. If they say 45mins then you're going to be 1hr min"

"Food is good but took over 2 hours for delivery to arrive. Could only order after half five so no way it could arrive for dinner time even with proper estimations for delivery times."

"Took over two hours to arrive for a starter and a main course. Every enquiry on where the food was came with a different lie (in the car with driver / chef just finishing / will give you credit note / bill is sorted / bill not sorted). Customer service worse than shocking - cannot put into words. Not sure how this place is still doing business based on this experience. Seems it’s the norm for them. Do not go here!"

"Food not bad but I was more taken aback by the negligence I witnessed when going to collect my food. Two staff standing beside each other without a mask on either them. Two lads then walked in, both unmasked and not a word said to them. When I mentioned masks to them, one said they 'didn't know' and the other said nothing, as did the staff, even after I complained. All this on a day Ireland records over 16,000 cases. Hardly surprising when people are so negligent."
