"Good food at affordable prices. But the consistency is a matter to point out. Same dish taste different on different days. Especially Singapore fried rice."
"We got our food on Sunday and it was disgusting. Chicken fried rice was terrible and everything was very salty. we couldn't eat anything. All the food went into the bin. Not recommended at all."
"Ordered a veg fried rice and chicken fried rice with sweet and sauer sauce and garlic. Suprise surprise its a garlic mayo when I called to ask to get it right I was advised to order chinese garlic sauce... why I wasnt told when I ordered it garlic mayo such a joke never order again"
"I popped into this place Friday night on the way home from work and ordered hung chow fried rice, curry sauce and spring rolls. Passed to me in a think brown paper bag. Got in my car and drove home. Picked the bag of food and a box up from my car and went indoors. Little did I know (due to it being dark) cooking oil had seeped through the bag and how I carried it with the box the oil had covered my coat arm. The brown bag was sodden in oil. How can the spring rolls be served dripping like that, in that much oil. I have washed my coat 2 times since Friday and the oil won't come out. It's a β¬200 jacket! I'm fuming! No care was taken in serving the food. Clearly not drained after being fried and maybe they should use better packaging."
"Disgusting customer service, called to make an order taken by one of the rudest pedantic individuals I have ever encountered in my life. To try order a simple dish like like a veg/prawn curry was beyond her scope. I was asked, "wait hold on sir, do you require a prawn curry with added veg sir, or a veg curry with added prawns sir?" I explained I am usually informed a veg/prawn curry curry is a special curry, minus the beef and chicken. The hilarious conversation continued with the rude argumentative lady on the phone asking the manager to 'translate' to me the difference! I wouldn't mind, the only reason order veg/prawn with this convenient Chinese take away is because the so called pretendy chicken is usually inedible plastic."
