"i recently visited this store and was made to feel rather uncomfortable during my visit; a member of staff followed my partner and i around suspiciously - making it very obvious that they were doing so. i have worked in retail myself and completely understand the fact that you need to keep a watchful eye (especially for brands as such), but neither myself or my partner gave off any kind of ill-intent. not once were we asked if we needed assistance; which is something i have done (when working in retail) if i’ve ever been suspicious of a customer to make them aware that they’re being watched. and, this is expected of retail workers in general - regardless of the situation. my partner and i were the only customers in store, too. this visit was my first and will most likely be my last due to how uncomfortable i was made to feel. i never write negative reviews (or even like the idea of doing so), but customers shouldn’t be made to feel such a way."
