"Lovely clothes but the customer service is appaulling! I am still chasing them for a refund as my dress was cancelled in March 2022 which I paid upfront in the brighton shop. Its been ping pong back & forth from head office to the shop. The tall blonde who spoke to me told me 'I couldnt care less what you do, it won't affect me one way or the other'! I just wanted my £149 back, but she was adamant to get me out the shop but realised police thrests did not work. So I have got the bank involved as I paid by credit card. Phoning head office is a waste of time, I have tried and worked in hobbs finance but give in my notice 3 years ago. Ill never shop there again."
