"Took my wife and brother for dinner in PHX Bistro. Service: For a well served dinner you'll pay around 40 Euros. The service was great. Formal enough yet not hung up on unnecessary quirks. The waiters were friendly and polite. The only negative detail of the whole experience was the wait between dishes, but nothing excessive. I remember randomly that food was taking too long once, around 5 minutes later I was already eating. Food: This restaurant, even with the small detail of waiting time, is absolutely worth it because the incredible quality of the food. I had chicken wings, that I wouldn't recommend much. However, my wife had the carpaccio with truffles that is well presented, portioned and flavorful. It's fresh and beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous. Definitely recommended. After that, I thought it couldn't get any better. I was wrong, they have a Mushroom Risotto with pesto and baby carrots that is a celebration of good food. All of that under 40 bucks overlooking the river mounts up to 5 stars easy. Place not to be missed!"
