"Burger king If i have to choose between Burger King and Mc Donalds no doubt I'll go for the Burger king. There products are much tastier and quality. At the moment of writing this review just got my order after 15 min wait. The place is very busy probably because of the congestion on the motorway. Hope that the waiting time will be much better next time so i can update me review to 5 star. Other than that food is fantastic as always. Make sure to use the app as well so you can get the discount. I was very surprised when they gave me the discount- usually on the motorway service they never do."
"This place is shocking if you want a quick meal. A couple of times I have visited this place and they are severally under staffed. Wait times of over 45 minutes no matter what you order due to the back log. About ten people got refunds after waiting too long for their food. Avoid this establishment and use Costa or the Asian places or Greg's."
"Ordered 2 kids meals for my kids. Only told after we paid that there is no ketchup in stock. Only found out when the meals got to the table that there is no toy - despite it clearly saying that a toy comes with the meal on the menu. Returned to ask about this - apparently there is none in stock. No apology given, staff completely disinterested. Children crying. Terrible experience."
