"Useless customer service, given the prices of the products they sell. The shirts in display are full of black dust, when ask if they could get a sticky roll for a shirt I wanted to buy, they said the couldn't "because it's downstairs". The shirt we wanted to buy was for our brother in law who lives in France, and when I told them his size in cm they just bluntly said we can't help with that (I then googled the solution, but that was not the point - if a customer asks for help you try find a solution don't reply uselessly that you can't help)"
