"After trying all the indian restaurants in Kettering, we decided to try Nazreen, and sooo glad we did!!! The meal was delicious, all four of us loved it! Will definitely be going back!!!! Caroline x"
"Overall very good food in a nice setting with nice background music. Lovely light poppadoms with the usual chutneys and lime pickle (you do need to ask for lime pickle if you want it included). Chicken chat with puree starter in a burrito style wrap was truly fantastic, as good as I have ever had anywhere. Was nice and hot (not spicy hot). Chicken tikka jalfrezi main was vey nice and just the right heat but needed a bit more ginger and green chillis really to get the true dry traditional jalfrezi taste for me. I'm still trying to find that perfect jalfrezi. Shimla pepper chicken was excellent, very tasty, mild to medium spiced, highly recommended. Peshawari naan also superb, light, tasty and big enough to share. Will definitely be back to try other dishes. In fact can't wait."
"Nazreen Indian restaurant in Burton Latimer lovely. Nimo and his colleagues very friendly and helpful. Tasty food and very good value."
"Great restaurant to visit after a day at Wicksteed Park in Kettering. Very child friendly with the staff providing a high chair. Great flavours definitely has unique dishes you won’t get at your usual curry house and they have won a few awards"
"Terrible again. 5 years ago I used this restaurant and the food and service was so bad that I refused to go back. (I left a review on Tripadvisor which I really should've re-read) But I thought that after all this time they may have got it right, but was I wrong. Not only was it obvious that they'd forgotten my order (they couldn't find it because they hadn't written my name down) but I then had an additional 20 minutes wait whilst they cooked it. When I got home the food was mediocre at best and as for the chicken tikka starter? 2 tiny bits of chicken. Hardly a starter. (See picture) Compared to just about any other Indian in the area this had for to be by far the worst for value and I'm not sure how they won an award for flavour obviously the chef that won that award wasn't on tonight. And 5 years later they're still terrible. One to avoid. Update: Anyone reading this will see the response from Nazreen however I want to clarify that the photo it exactly what we got from them, nothing was removed for effect, and their claim that they packed it is curious. The Lamb Tikka main was fine, the starter was, as shown, 2 pieces of chicken. As for the restaurant supplying onion bhajis, that's all well and good if what the customer ordered was up to scratch (which it wasn't) and they eat onion bhajis (which we don't). And really to claim a random series of events was to blame and that the customer is lying (to what end, I don't know as I wouldn't eat here again) rather than apologising for poor service/quality shows the low standards of the restaurant."
