"Haven’t even had the food delivered yet, been waiting 2 hours and was told a further half an hour with it being an additional hour with no “sorry” or anything. Just hope the food isn’t the same standard as the customer service. I can understand longer delivery times during this quarantine but at least be honest and realistic with them"
