"This store is only for football hooligans or rich people if your average classed you won’t be treated fairly or respectfully. Items are over priced you can go online or go up the road to flannels or peggs and find the same items way cheaper for example I was going to purchase a moncler coat from profile the woman told me it’s new season etc I left to do my research and ended up getting a newer version of the coat £250 cheaper so clearly the woman didn’t know her facts, Even old season stock they sell at the same price then new season. Most of the staff in the shop make you feel uncomfortable as they stear a lot and follow you around they don’t even have simple manners like greeting their clients at the door etc, they also do not accept any refunds and both the old white guys which one of them is a manager/supivisor is extremely arrogant and rude defo needs to be fired"

"Very rude staff in all stores! Follow you around as if your going to steal something with eyes on you at all Times ! You can tell Your looked down on how ever you look! Nothing nice about shopping here!!!!! Went to design lab and spent money there! Lovely helpful staff who made me happy to purchase in the store!!"

I walked in there believing the shop to seek what I was looking for, and left thinking the only people this store could possibly cater to is football hooligans or people with more money than sense. Will never return, if you’re looking for street wear check out route one and OG kicks, lovely staff and a much better selection"
