"One of the best customer service I have experienced. Moses is such an amazing lovely guy and he always makes sure me and my brother feel very welcome. Must come here, food is incredible, atmosphere is great and employee's are delightful, 10/10 all around"
"Moses and Anad served myself and my family (13 of us). They were able to take us immediately, no waiting around. They were super accommodating, and took the time to get all of our orders correct. Food was delicious. They didn’t have butter chicken on the menu, but we asked and they delivered. Thank you guys for a great experience."
"Food and service was amazing. There was 5 of us and all the food was brought out together, hot and very tasty. We would definitely recommend anyone to give it a try. We will be using this restaurant again in the near future. Brilliant!"
"Honestly, this was a strange experience. To give some context, myself and my friend are fairly petite girls who were looking to have a bit of a cheat day, but not go too crazy as we’re trying to diet! We quickly realised that this place does not seem to specialise in vegetarian dishes, and we are both veggies. So we ordered a few popadoms, a few side dishes and some naan. The waiter (who I think may have been the co-owner or something) said ‘is that all?!’ At first I thought he was joking but he said it a few times. We told him we’re not going too wild with our order as we are dieting, he just pulled a face. We asked him if it’s ok that we placed a small order. And he just mumbled something and walked off. His demeanour and the way he questioned the order was incredibly rude and belittling. When the bill came, he didn’t make any eye contact with us or ask how our food was. My friend took her bank card out to pay and he was trying to grab it off her, rather than allowing her to tap this on the card hold reader. He tried grabbing it from her twice. I don’t think that was very professional and saw this as an invasion of personal space. We said thank you to him when we paid and he just mumbled and walked off. We left the restaurant feeling embarrassed, although we should have no reason to feel that way, nor should you feel that way after walking away from a restaurant. I feel like the waiter thought, ‘these two aren’t even worth us using our microwave’, just because we weren’t big spenders. But if they want to apply a minimum spend, they should state that. Otherwise what difference does it make if a customer spends 30p or £30? He took it too personally that we didn’t order the entire menu. Anyway onto the food. The saag aloo was ok. I enjoyed it but it needed more spice and seasoning for me. We also ordered bindhi bhaji. Honestly this was terrible. It tasted like it had been boiled and mixed together with some onions. There was no flavour (see evidence of dry bindhi attached). We couldn’t finish this but appreciate there are people who don’t get to eat food at all and so we hate throwing food away. So we took it back with us in a take out container and will add our own seasoning to this. The other waiters were lovely and the service other than the one guy was good! Food is not for me and we won’t be returning but at least we tried something new!"
