Seven Spice Chinese Takeaway

"Disappointed to say the least. Spice bags were so hot they were not edible. Looked nothing like pictures, were red with chilli flavour. It was my first time to eat there and I was looking forward to it as recommended by a friend. When I called back to enquire if there was an error or of they would rectify he staff member was not in any way helpful. I guess he didn't have to but most takeaways are decent. Back to the Victoria!!!! Stick to what you know."

"Disgusting Chinese and horrible customer service ignorant staff blames customer for faults of the Chinese.. perhaps get a new chef or maybe the health inspector should take a visit . My takeaway was completely cold chicken balls were overly greasy rock hard nd chewy noodles were disgusting and over cooked .. would not recommend this place at all I'd rather spend my money else where at a proper Chinese"

"Food was fine except chicken balls chewy and hard. We rang, complained and were met with being called liars and hurling abuse at my partner down the phone. Disgusting behaviour, disgusting Chinese. Never again."

"ordered a meal with " soft noodles " tonight They arrived, rock hard,like a packet of dry noodles from Aldi.Completely uncooked on, rock solid. Dreadful, avoid this place,this is very far from the 1st time we got horrible food we keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but no more,this is the last time,their food is lovely when it's good but when it's bad( very often)it's absolutely atrocious. Avoid this place if you don't want food poison (photos and video available to show these" noodles"ie compacted dry rubbish"

"Disgusting would never order from it again… Replying to your response: there was something in the food and you got annoyed when I told you this. I shared pictures with just eat, and you said you were going to pick the food up and never did!! Not as much as an apology, you were more horrified that I complained!!! Now you’re trying to make out I was abusive to cover yourselves. Shocking behavior. Seems like you only accept good reviews and try and blame the customer when it’s a bad review. How about apologizing and ensuring it doesn’t happen again."
