"We have been ordering from here very frequently for the last year and overall we have had positive experiences. However last night changed that big time. We ordered two vegan burgers with toppings and chips. Took almost an hour for our delivery and we were given two beef burgers without toppings - so it was clear we were given the wrong order. Mistakes can happen, so we rang to get our correct order sent to us and we were just hung up on and then couldn't get through on the phone again. We weren't angry or anything on the phone. The guy just said he'd call us back and hung up. We never got a call so we drove down to them with our food. When we got in the guy was very rude and tried to tell us we got the right food and that it wasn't beef - we order almost every week so we know what Beyond burgers look and taste like. These were clearly beef. He agreed to remake them for us but he was very rude and offered no apology whatsoever. It's completely unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially regulars. Needless to say we won't be ordering from here for a good while after this."

"Normally don’t leave reviews for takeaways. The food is fine, it’s tasty and does the job. However I am disappointed with them. Twice I’ve ordered through just eat and both times the order has been incomplete as they forget the drink. It’s annoying when you pay for an order and you don’t get what you paid for. The second order I made, the delivery guy pretty much ran away and got into his car before I got a chance to ask him where my drink is. Amber Grill can you ensure that you fulfil the orders properly because your food is good but it’s really annoying when the orders are not what you pay for."

"Got battered sausages and chips just now from their VE Grill menu and I'm blown away by how good it was. The vegan battered sausages were delicious and they're the best chipper chips I've had since I don't know when. I'll be going back again and again."
