"I feel sorry for whoever owns this place. I don't know, untrained staff? Bad chefs? I don't know how to call it but apart from the fact that you wait ages, food is very bad. Like, it would kill businesses to make something special? Or good? Bacon and chips fries? Nope, rashers & Chops fries. I would've loved to be told that they were rashers on the chips, not the one you advertise on your page. The wings nothing like the ones you advertise. You cannot put random sauce on the wings and call the BBC wings. Shame"
"Had a bad experience this evening at The Burger Project. Arrived, place didn't seem busy (2 people in seating area waiting) . Put my order through and sat down and waited patiently. 20mins went by, 30mins , still no sign of call to order being ready. I noted a large order being prepped for collection so gave the two staff the benefit of the doubt and waited a bit longer. Unfortunately as 40mins waiting time approached I had to question my order being ready ( a pizza ), turned out to be sitting there for me and o wasn't notified by the buzzer. Pizza was cold. Staff didn't seem to be organised."
