"Terrible opening times in the evening. They close at 5.30 PM, no way I can buy after work. Who cares about later opening times in the morning. This needs to change! Useless for most people, if you are shut."

"They do fantastic trousers for men here. I've bought two pairs of the linen blend ones. I managed to destroy one pair by falling during a trip but I'm going back for another pair. However, one complaint I have is that they never seem to have enough stock in my size (34R), and I'm talking about the pure linen trousers. I've been after these for months because they're the only company who do them with a decent finish with tidy thread! Yes, a minor complaint, but overall the male clothes here are of a higher durability than other high street shops and I appreciate that. Get those linen trousers in and I'll be straight back!"

"The store sells nice clothes for special occasion wear. Polyester is warmer than cotton though. My parents like their everyday wear clothes. The foods on the expensive side."

"Been many times and 9/10 has been a great experience. Sadly, today was the horrible 1/10 experience. I purchased 7 items in total: mattress protector upstairs, 1x avocado, 1 times fries, 1x punnet of strawberries, 1 x chicken broth, 1 x rosemary herbs, 1 x lamb The detectors went off and I gave my little tote bag with the 2 receipts to the lady at the exit. She started taking my stuff out on the floor DURING COVID-19 lovely. 7 poxy items with the receipts and she let 2 white customers and an Arabic customer walk through regardless of the detectors going off with their items but she kept rummaging through my tote bag as if it was Mary Poppins secret bag and put all my 7 items on the floor. Charming! Complaint investigated, agreed experience was unpleasant, unhygienic and unnecessary!"
