"Ordered 2 big pizza by online, The Webpage and order confirmation clearly mention delivery time at 13.59 and order given at 12.44. They delivered at 14.33 and 2 times call their number they told already collected. The pizza recived with a cold status. Thanks"
"Overall extremely poor customer experience with firehouse Booterstown. Rarely post negative reviews however felt it was warranted after their lack of response to not one but two emails. They clearly do not care about their customers and I certainly will not be returning."

"I’ve been ordering from Firehouse for years and used to really enjoy their gluten free options. Sadly like many businesses these days their product quality has gone downhill while being priced at a premium. Tonight I ordered a GF pizza and side but when it arrived the side wasn’t GF and the pizza, while GF was awful and almost inedible. I’m so disappointed, Firehouse used to be great but after this experience I won’t be going back."
"The pizza is decent enough for a warm snack around Booterstown on a sunny day. I personally felt that the pizza was too salty to enjoy it and would hope that the pepperoni will be replaced with a better one. The staff however seems very friendly and the price is unbeatable. I will probably come again but will not order pepperoni again."
